What you can expect from the role:

Everything we do is aimed at helping Dutch tech startups scale in the US. Each of the responsibilities below will apply to the overarching ScaleNL Ecosystem, the 7 individual ScaleNL US Cities (SF, LA, NY, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami), and the ScaleNL Accelerator.

1. Adapting our brand guides for day to day use in presentations, email campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.
2. Keeping our website (WordPress) up to date and looking sharp.
3. Creating and sending out communication campaigns (Email & Mailchimp).
4. Designing visuals, slide decks, web pages, social posts (Canva & Figma)
5. Managing content at our private Community Platform (by Mentorjam)
6. Creating and executing a Social Media Strategy
7. Online (Zoom) and offline event management
8. Optional, but very valuable: Creating professional photos and videos during Events (Video editing apps)

It is a big plus to have experience with the tools listed above (WordPress, Design Apps, Video editing Apps, Mailchimp, Canva etc.).

We’re a small team with big ambitions! Sometimes that means all hands on deck: for your team to support you or for you to support the team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic & tech-savvy team member to join us as soon as possible. Ideally, you should be available for at least two and up to five days a week. Our Amsterdam office is near the Olympic Stadium, but you can also work from home.
